Our practice is headed up by Mark Summerfield, an accredited CEDR Mediator (Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution). He is head of litigation and dispute resolution at SOLTS, and has particular expertise in banking, insolvency, corporate, property and media-related disputes.

As a CEDR mediator, Mark has successfully resolved numerous commercial disputes, from multi-million pound international disputes between corporate entities to lower value disputes in voluntary and third sector organisations.
